Talk about a movie that does not take itself too serious! This action/comedy makes fun of itself in every best way possible. One of the most entertaining super hero movies since Guardians of the Galaxy! To think this all started from a test footage scene created to show producers an R rated super hero movie could work, and man were they right. Pushing the R rating to its limit, mainly with its humor, this might not be the best super hero movie for the entire family (if you have young kids). But grown ups, prepare to laugh out loud to this silly comedy.

Aside from its great slapstick style comedy, the action is on par, having some really cool fight scenes! From its main battle with Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) and Ajax (Ed Skrein), to Angel Dust (Gina Carano) and Colossus (Stefan Kapicic), the action will keep you entertained when your not laughing. The acting from most of the cast was great, giving Deadpool and Vanessa (Morena Baccarin) some good chemistry. Along with Deadpool’s side kick and best friend Weasel played by funny man T.J. Miller.

When it came to characters they were all a joy to see! One character that just didn’t fit was that of Blind Al (Leslie Uggams) and her somewhat unexplained involvement with Deadpool, having the only humor of the film fall on the cheesy side when it came to her. Other then that all characters were a blast, even Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand). One hilarious cameo of legendary Stan Lee, who has a cameo in just about every super hero movie, will have you laughing out loud. Probably Stan “The Man” Lee’s best cameo part of all time! The first super hero movie of 2016 and it was a blast! Deadpool will surely entertain you and yes, its a “Love Story”…
